The Double Your Calls Guarantee: full terms
Who it covers
Businesses we approve on the rank review, on either plan.
How we measure
We use Calls, as reported in the Performance section of your Google Business Profile. Your starting number is your average monthly calls over the 3 full months before your start date. If your business is seasonal, we use the same month from the year before instead. We agree which one applies before we start and write it in your agreement.
The target
In your third full month with us, your calls from Google are at least double your starting number.
If we miss it
We keep running your plan at no charge until a full month hits the target. You start paying again the month after we hit it.
Your part
- Give us manager access to your Google Business Profile within 7 days of starting.
- Keep a working phone number on your profile the whole time.
- Let our review system send review requests to your customers.
- Stay on your plan for the 3-month minimum.
If any of these doesn't happen, the guarantee doesn't apply.
New businesses
If you have less than 3 months of call history, the calls target doesn't apply. Instead, we promise your profile is rebuilt, your listings are live and your review system is running within 30 days of your start date. If they aren't, we work for free until they are.
