Google Business Profile management, done for you
Your Google Business Profile decides whether people nearby find you on Google Maps and call. Most owners set it up once and never touch it again. We run it for you every month, so it stays complete and up to date.
Month one: we fix the profile
The first month is the optimization work.
- Categories and services. We pick the right main category and add the extra ones that fit. We list every service you sell, in the words your customers type into Google.
- Service area. We set it to the neighbourhoods you actually work in, not a random circle on the map.
- Description, products and photos. We fill in every field, starting with the work that earns you the most.
- Listings on other sites. We list you on Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and local directories, with the same name, address and phone number everywhere. Google checks those sites to confirm you’re real.
- A review system. We set up a simple way to ask every customer for a Google review.
Every month after: we keep it moving
A profile that stops changing slowly drops down the map. The management work keeps it active.

The report counts calls and direction requests because those are what pay you. A screenshot of your ranking from one spot tells you very little.
What we won’t do
Some shortcuts get profiles suspended. We don’t buy reviews or offer customers anything for them. We don’t stuff keywords into your business name. We don’t make up addresses. If a competitor leaves fake reviews on your profile, we report them and write a calm public reply. Google decides what gets removed, so nobody can promise removal.
Your part
We do the work, but we need three things from you.
- Add us as a manager on your Google profile in week one.
- Keep a working phone number on your profile.
- Let our review system ask your customers for reviews.
What it costs
Google Business Profile management is $299 a month. For $499 a month, we also build and run a website about your services and your area. Who it’s for
It fits local businesses with a real address or a real service area, where people search when they need you. Think plumbers, dentists, roofers, salons, gyms, restaurants, shops and repair businesses.
It’s not a fit if you only sell online, if you want fake or paid reviews, or if you can’t answer more calls. More calls to a phone nobody picks up just turns into bad reviews.
Questions owners ask
What’s the difference between optimization and management?
Optimization is the first month. We rebuild the profile, set your service area and get your listings live. Management is every month after that: posts, reviews, fixes and a report. You get both.
Do you need my Google password?
No. You add us as a manager on your profile. Google sends us an invite, and you can remove us at any time.
How long until I get more calls?
Setup is done in month one. Calls build over the next few months as Google picks up the changes. That’s why there’s a 3-month minimum and why the guarantee is measured at month 3.
Will this get my profile suspended?
Not the way we work. We don’t buy reviews, add keywords to your business name or use fake addresses. Those are the things that get profiles suspended.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Local businesses with a real address or a real service area. That includes trades, clinics, salons, gyms, restaurants, shops and repair businesses.
What happens if I stop?
Your profile, listings, reviews and domain stay yours. After the 3-month minimum you can cancel any month.
